Dr. Daesoon Leem, M.D.
"After more than a decade practicing medicine in Koreatown — from family care to sports medicine — I kept seeing the same pattern: patients who were doing everything 'right' but still felt depleted. Supplements weren't absorbing. Sleep wasn't restoring. They needed something more direct."
Working with professional athletes taught me the power of IV-delivered nutrients. Working with executives and parents taught me how universal the need is. IV therapy isn't about luxury — it's about giving your body exactly what it needs, in a form it can actually use.
I built VitaMD in Koreatown to bring that standard of care to the heart of Los Angeles. Every protocol is developed by our licensed physician team following established medical guidelines. Every ingredient is pharmaceutical-grade, prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Every patient gets the same care I'd want for my own family.

Meet Our Co-Founder
Dr. Jason Sun brings academic rigor and complex-care experience to VitaMD.
Dr. Jason Hyungwoo Sun is a board-certified physician with an academic and clinical background shaped by some of the country's leading medical institutions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School through the MIT-Harvard Health Sciences and Technology M.D. Program.
After completing his internship at Lahey Clinic in Massachusetts, Dr. Sun completed residency training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Washington Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. His experience caring for complex patients informs VitaMD's careful, safety-focused approach to wellness care.
As Co-Founder of VitaMD, Dr. Sun helps guide the clinic's approach to vitamin IV therapy and wellness injections with an emphasis on medical screening, individualized treatment planning, and clear patient communication.
His work at VitaMD supports physician-supervised vitamin IV therapy and wellness injections designed to support hydration, nutrient replenishment, energy, recovery, and overall vitality.
