By using VitaMD's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VitaMD provides IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and related wellness services. All treatments are administered by licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. IV therapy is a wellness service and should not replace regular medical care. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new treatment.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. All service sales are final and we do not offer refunds on services already rendered. Memberships are billed annually and may be cancelled with written notice; early cancellation may incur a one-month fee.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have a membership or package. We accept cash, credit cards, and various digital payment methods.

6. Consent

By receiving treatment, you consent to the procedures and acknowledge that you have been informed of potential risks and benefits. You are responsible for providing accurate health information.

7. Limitation of Liability

VitaMD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
