Memberships are billed annually. You may cancel with written notice; early cancellation may be subject to a one-month fee. Unused monthly credits roll over for one additional month. Contact us for full membership terms.
Monthly credits are valid for the billing month plus one additional month (rollover). This means if you don't use your January credits, they remain valid through February but expire at the end of February. This ensures flexibility while encouraging regular wellness routines.
